About Me

I’m Hasan Idrees, a passionate and award-winning engineer, researcher, and consultant dedicated to creating impact through sustainable water technologies and global mobility guidance.
As a water engineer at the University of Duisburg-Essen, my work focuses on developing innovative water treatment solutions and leading international projects such as MAMDIWAS and WE-Africa, fostering collaboration between Germany, Middle East and Africa.
At the same time, as an immigration consultant, I support students, engineers, and medical professionals in achieving their Germany goals — drawing on my own experience as a DAAD scholar who successfully navigated the path from newcomer to researcher in Germany.
Driven by curiosity, connection, and purpose, I aim at Bridging Science, Society & Sustainability — From Germany to the World, helping both water systems and people flow toward a better future.
